Dusk Dawned

The trees danced to the music of the wind,
As the sun gave its last warm smile,
The heavens grew beautifully dull,
As the dusk chill blew in steady.

I swore I saw a shooting star,
Made a wish silently deep within,
I closed my eyes to breathe in the crisp,
Made me a bed of coulds and cover of skies.

So much ran through my mind in a wink,
All that sunk within and showed with out,
So sweet was the quietness and peace,
All in the magic of dusk.

Just as God made woman for man,
Dawn and dusk were made to relate,
Just as dusk is a blessing,
Dawn is a new chance to make it right.

I Fell in Love

I fell in love, I never wanna fall out,
Got me thinking upside down,
In those arms I fly to a whole new world,
That one place I always fit in,
Music swept me off my feet.

In the violin melody, my soul sunk,
The drum beats, gave rhythm to my heart beat,
The trumpet just blew my brains,

Sometimes I don't know what it says or even what it means,

Then there is a crazy way in which,

Post Valentines Trauma and Drama

So he gave you a rose, a red one of course,
He also bought chocolates, a woman's best bet,
A romantic dinner, caped the busy twiny day,
Then a light kiss and a good night smile,
The day was just perfect.

It was lover's day, so you expected heaven,
He promised so much, but then just stood you up,
He might be cheating if he didn't dump you that eve,
Went to bed, confused, tired and disappointed,
The day totally sucked.

Streets and social sites all painted red,
Reminds you of all the hurt and pain he caused you,
You cried, when you remembered how he treated you,
You got so mad at every couple that passed by,
Valentines was just a painful affair.

Wow! It's valentines yet again,
You are so single and you are loving it,
Went to work about your business as usual,
It went unnoticed but you are smiling.
You just love your life.

After all. It had a sunrise and sunset just like any other day.

Time Turns Around

Hours and minutes are not worth the count,
Decades fly by to build up a century,
Most of us dont make it to a hundred years,
So each day should be lived like the last,
Because time does turn around.

Not long ago we all walked on four,
Sooner now I might turn seventy four,
Well that is what God and friends are for,
To make us get through each day strong,
In no time, time turns around.

Mama cleaned up and took good care of me,
Now she needs someone to mush her rice,
I grew tall and strong, her old and weak,
It is time I do her good like she did ages ago,
Because time has come around.

Born rich died in the gutters of poverty,
Miserable young memories, left wife fortunes,
From the invisible, came out irresistable,
All creation, ends in mere dust,
For time always turns around.

Spend what you can, when you can,
While air is free, do not hold your breath,
Rise and fall, be ready for both,
Give it all genuinely, like it was offered to you,
Because we are never too sure, how time turns around.

Ironing out what has to many creases,

Clouds dark and heavy above,

LIfe is a sculpture, someone has to curve,

So you wonder is it only me?
Sometimes it is not so clear to see,
You just want to break and be free,
Then afford a smile.

Sweet and sour, is life's taste,
Every other hour, you'll pass the test,
Breath in strength, sigh worries and rest,
You'll never be perfect, but you are at your best,
